In Elista will present a photo exhibition for the 90th anniversary of the theater

On November 3, the photo exhibition “Light of the ramp: 90 years in the lens of one decade” will open in Elista. It is dedicated to the life of the Baatra Basangov National Drama Theatre.

For ten years, photographer Vitaly Katyshkin captured the life of the theater from the inside: from rehearsals to premieres, from behind-the-scenes moments to the final bows of the artists. His pictures convey the emotions of the actors, fragments of their creative path and painstaking work that remains outside the auditorium.

The exhibition invites you to look behind the scenes of theatrical art, see how performances are born, and touch the history that consists of hundreds of invisible but significant moments.

At the Amur-Sanana National Library, the exhibition will last until November 30. Entry is free.
