Currently, a contractor is being searched to restore the roof of the cultural heritage site.

The historical building was erected in the second half of the last century as an element of the estate complex of entrepreneur Nikon Fokin. In 1899, the new owner Yakov Fokin made a large-scale restructuring. After that, the building acquired its current appearance - with decorative brickwork, a front entrance and expressive interior decoration.

In the premises of the mansion is now the fourth children's music school.
