Yuri Ivanov helped preserve the Brahert family house and make it a museum. The presentation of the portraits was attended by local historians, researchers, bloggers, as well as representatives of the tourist and museum communities.
In the year of the 80th anniversary of the Kaliningrad region, the meeting participants emphasized the contribution of individuals to the preservation of the cultural memory of the region. The history of Yuri Ivanov unites local history, literature and art.
One of the portraits will remain in the permanent exhibition of the Hermann Brachert House Museum and will be part of the history of the institution. The second will be presented in different book spaces of the region: first in the Scientific Library as part of the Days of Literature, and then in the Yuri Ivanov Library.
Earlier we wrote that the Kaliningrad region will be covered by Literature Days for three weeks.
