The exhibition “Heavenly Azure”, which was brought to Chelyabinsk by the Museums of the Moscow Kremlin, is filled with additional content.
According to Polina Glinskikh, director of the State Historical Museum of the Southern Urals, lectures will be held for everyone in the near future as part of the exhibition. She made her statement during the Facts and Artifacts program, a joint project of the Southern Ural Museum and the Granada Press media holding. According to Glinsky, the program of the exhibition “Heavenly Azure” is being prepared to fill with lectures in the second half of October.
“Now we are finalizing the list of specialists who will give lectures,” says the director of the South Ural Museum. We will have guest lecturers, we want to give visitors the opportunity to communicate with specialists who sometimes go beyond the Chelyabinsk region. I think that such exhibitions are a great opportunity to broaden the horizons of communication in popular science and somewhere, maybe even in science. Such an exhibition comes only once in the life of the museum and it is necessary to do something interesting within its framework.
Polina Glinskikh reminded that the distinctive feature of cooperation between the Chelyabinsk region and the Moscow Kremlin Museums is that they create a unique product for the Chelyabinsk people without exaggeration. That is, the exhibition is going directly for Chelyabinsk and nowhere else and will never be exhibited in this form again. In addition, the subject series, which came to Chelyabinsk, includes exhibits that for the first time leave the Kremlin museum collections. “Therefore, I really want to call on our residents, and especially specialists who carry out training on this or that profile, to pay attention to this and watch the exhibition, to take part in activities around it, because such an opportunity in life will never happen again,” said Polina Glinskikh.
