The grand opening of the Poetry Theatre was held in Vladikavkaz as part of the III International Festival “Ossetian Lira”.
Minister of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania for National Policy and Foreign Relations Alan Bagiyev addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. For three years, friends from other regions of the North Caucasus and other countries have gathered on this platform, and each time it is a holiday, a wonderful phenomenon that unites representatives of different nationalities. Bagiyev recalled that 2026 was declared by the presidential decree the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, which implies unity, friendship and mutual support. He thanked all the organizers of the festival.
People's Artist of South and North Ossetia, artistic director and director of the Poetry Theatre Valery Tsariyev noted the importance of this event in the history of the republic.
