In 2026, 100 students from the Vladimir region passed practice and internship at Sberbank. The internships were attended mainly by students of the Vladimir Technical School of Economics and Law, the Vladimir Economic and Technological College, as well as students of flagship higher educational institutions of the region - VlSU named after A.G. and N.G. Stoletov and the Vladimir branch of RANEPA.
Training of future specialists was carried out on the key vectors of banking: work with private clients, business services and support for lending programs for small and medium-sized businesses. Before entering the workplace for interns, a mandatory introductory intensive – “First Line School” was held. As part of the course, young specialists studied the internal processes of the financial organization and mastered the basic professional skills necessary to start a career.
According to Igor Chermoshansky, Head of the Vladimir Branch of Sber, quality education is the foundation of success in the modern world. “We strive to actively support young people by creating an environment where everyone can unleash their talents. The expertise of our current employees allows novice specialists to organically combine academic theory with real business problems, he stressed.
