The Russian government has prepared a positive draft review of the bill on additional measures to combat brawls in aircraft. This is reported by “Interfax” with reference to the source.
The author of the bill was a member of the Federation Council from the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg Andrei Kutepov. The senator proposes to give airlines the right to share information about passengers included in the “black lists” for inappropriate behavior during flights. According to the initiative, the legislation will prescribe the procedure for refusing to offenders in transportation, as well as expand the grounds for such refusal.
According to Interfax, the government said it would support the project subject to its finalization. The authorities proposed to establish not the right, but the obligation of airlines to transmit information about brawls - and without the consent of such persons. In addition, it is proposed to instruct the Ministry of Transport of Russia to prescribe the procedure for the exchange of information and maintaining the register of airfighters, as well as determine what information to include in it.
