"At the moment, all the regions have formed the necessary reserves," the minister said (quoted by TASS).

The heating season begins when the average daily temperature outside is kept below +8 ° C for five consecutive days. However, specific deadlines are determined by local authorities. The heat supply has already begun in the Murmansk and Arkhangelsk regions, Karelia, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and other regions.
