The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs proposes to develop clear criteria by which it would be possible to get ahead of the need to introduce external management in a Western company or not.
“It cannot be said that there is a set of clear criteria, compliance or non-compliance with which puts the company in such an automatic mode with the transition to temporary management. There are no criteria, said the head of the RSPP Alexander Shokhin (quoted by TASS).
According to him, it is also necessary to determine the parameters of the effectiveness of external management. “We can see here, from previous examples, that there are good examples where we know that effective managers manage these assets. But there are still not quite clear designs, he added.
Now the main criterion for transferring the company to external management, Mr. Shokhin noted, is whether residents of unfriendly states are owners. Previously, interim management was a mirror measure when the same actions were taken against Russian companies in the EU.
