L.E.V. Management became the managing organization of the Nestle asset in Russia

L.E.V. Management JSC is appointed as the only person entitled to act on behalf of Nestlé Russia LLC without a power of attorney. This follows from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL). Prior to that, such rights were held by the general director of the company Denis Voytyuk.

According to the USRUL, information about L.E.V. Management was made on September 23. The Russian assets of Nestle (Nestlé Russia and Nestlé Kuban) were transferred to the temporary management of the company on September 17. The corresponding decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Nestlé Kuban has not changed the person authorized to act on behalf of the company. Since September 2023, it has been listed as General Director Evgeny Ponomarev.

By the same presidential decree, the Russian assets of Leman ABM, Auchan and FM Logistic were transferred under the temporary management of L.E.V. Management. All of them changed their general managers. The new general director of "Ashana" was Ilya Berdnikov, "Lemana PRO" - Denis Isayev, FM Logistic - Evgeny Nenashev.
