Acting Minister of Digital Development of the Republic of Dagestan Yuri Gamzatov told reporters at a press conference about the main topics of the upcoming International Caspian Digital Forum.
According to Gamzatov, one of the new directions will be the development of the film industry. In addition, Dagestani developers who create world-class games will meet with representatives of other regions and large companies of the gaming industry to discuss its development.
Among the main topics of the forum are environmental monitoring of specially protected natural areas and the creation of a digital twin of the Caspian Sea. A separate platform will be devoted to artificial intelligence: participants will discuss how to develop this sphere and what laws are necessary to regulate new technologies.
Another topic is the future of printing in the digital age. Gamzatov noted that traditional printing will continue, but it is important to use new digital capabilities.
This year’s forum will be held on November 12-13, and representatives of India, Kazakhstan, Iran, Azerbaijan and Tajikistan are expected to arrive. Among the declared participants are the Minister of Digital Development of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadayev, the head of Roskomnadzor Andrei Lipov, the presidential envoy to the NCFO Yuri Chaika.
