In 2026, the facades of 30 apartment buildings were updated in the Voronezh region, which cost 406.8 million rubles. A total of 41 houses will be put in order this year. The total estimate of these measures is estimated at 541.2 million rubles. This was reported on September 21 in the Fund of capital repairs

During the facade repair, significant damage is eliminated: masters fix cracks, strengthen brick or stonework, seal the joints between the panels, fix individual parts to prevent their loss.

In addition, related work is being carried out: restoration of the lower part of the building, adjacent areas, entrance nodes (including entrance doors and canopies above them), slabs on balconies and their fences, as well as the installation of new window structures in public areas.

Undoubtedly, the repair of the facade, in addition to aesthetic improvement, improves the hydro- and thermal insulation of the building.
