EEC Board suspends anti-dumping measure against titanium dioxide from China
The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) decided not to apply the anti-dumping measure established in respect of titanium dioxide.

The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) decided not to apply the anti-dumping measure established against titanium dioxide originating from the People’s Republic of China until August 10, 2027 inclusive. This was reported in the EEC trading block, BelTA writes.

ECE noted that:
“Analysis of the available information indicates the existence of grounds for suspending the previously introduced anti-dumping measure in the interests of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union.”.
The decision will enter into force after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
The anti-dumping measure against titanium dioxide imported from China to the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union is applied in accordance with the decision of the EEC Board of October 14, 2025 in the form of anti-dumping duty in the amounts of 14.27 % - 16.25 % of the customs value depending on the manufacturer, as well as price obligations. In addition, it is possible to import titanium dioxide without paying an anti-dumping duty (outside of price obligations) within the annual volumes established for the EAEU countries.
The EEC Council has established in which case the manufacturer of medical devices will revoke the registration certificate
