Magadan UKS sued Tula LLC "Av-Energo metal construction" 455 million

The arbitration court of the Tula region made a decision in the case of debt recovery with LLC "Avv-energo metal construction". The company must pay the Magadan regional state public institution “Capital Construction Management” more than 455 million rubles.

According to the materials of the case, the total amount of recovery is 455.3 million rubles. This amount includes the main debt in the amount of 443.3 million rubles and penalties in the amount of 11.9 million rubles as of October 15, 2026.

It is noteworthy that the financial obligations of the company do not end there. The court decided to charge additional penalties starting from October 16, 2026 until the actual payment of the debt. The amount of the penalty will be 0.01% of the remaining amount of debt for each day of delay.

In addition, 2.7 million rubles will be recovered from the company in reimbursement of expenses for the payment of state duty in favor of the Magadan UCS, as well as 28.6 thousand rubles in federal budget revenue.

The main activity is the production of building metal structures, products and their parts. Revenue for 2025 – 323 million rubles. The owner of the legal entity is LLC "Avv-Group", which in turn belongs to the well-known in the Tula region businessman Andrei Demidov.
