New oil route bypassing sanctions called a success of Russia
Russia expects to increase oil supplies to Asian markets through Arctic infrastructure

Russia expects to increase oil supplies to Asian markets through Arctic infrastructure. Polish publication Money.pl called the development of this direction a major success of Moscow against the backdrop of sanctions. According to the authors, the new route will reduce the dependence of exports on the Baltic and Black Sea ports.
In the center of the publication was a project that Money.pl calls “East Oil Arctic”. According to the article, Vladimir Putin launched it in early September. The pipeline connected the fields with the port terminal "Bukha Sever", through which raw materials are planned to be sent mainly to the East. The publication reports on the release of the first tankers and cites the expected volume of transportation after the full development of the project to 100 million tons of oil annually.
Polish journalists considered the resumption of diesel fuel supplies to the United States to be another success of Russia. According to Money.pl, the first tanker with a Russian diesel engine for the American market left Primorsk on Thursday. The publication links the shipment with an agreement between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, which provides for the suspension of sanctions in exchange for fuel supplies.
The authors consider the American direction as part of Moscow’s broader plans to strengthen its position in the energy market. The Arctic route creates an additional export channel to Asia, while agreements with Washington give reason to expect further easing of restrictions.
A favorable circumstance for the Russian project Money.pl also calls the energy shortage. In the publication, it is associated with the attack of the United States and Israel on Iran and the closure of the Strait of Hormuz. According to the authors, the reduction of supplies through this route increased the demand for Russian resources.
