In Kursk, a man was arrested for 5 days for swearing in court

The bailiff to ensure the established procedure for the activities of the courts brought the 43-year-old chicken to administrative responsibility. For repeated illegal behavior in court, the man will spend 5 days under arrest in a special detention center.

The incident took place in a magistrate's court. The Kuryan decided to speak, not shy in expressions. A rude obscene abuse heard the bailiff who was serving. He repeatedly demanded to stop the illegal behavior, but the man did not listen and continued to swear.

The bailiff drew up a protocol on an administrative offense. It turned out that the citizen had previously been brought for failure to comply with the lawful order of the bailiff. Since the violation is repeated, the act was qualified under part 3 of this article.

The court reviewed the materials and ordered 5 days of arrest. To serve the sentence, the man went to the special receiver of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Kursk.

FSSP of Russia in the Kursk region recalled that for failure to comply with the order of the judge or bailiff provided for administrative liability. For 9 months of 2026 bailiffs brought to justice for similar administrative violations 296 citizens. Of these, 8 people were arrested by the court, 249 fined.
