Samara LLC Stroyneft demands from the authorities of the Kireevsky district 25 million rubles

The company "Stroyneft" from Samara filed two lawsuits in the Arbitration Court of the Tula region against the administration of the Kireevsky district and SUKS "Tulobluks". Information about this is placed in the file of the court.

One of the lawsuits has details. As far as is known, Stroyneft LLC filed a lawsuit against the administration of the Kireevsky district to invalidate the terms of the municipal contract of September 15, 2025 (in terms of design and estimate documentation), containing an indication of the technological equipment of the PLES brand without the words “or equivalent”. A third party involved GUKS "Tulobluks".

Earlier, the administration of the Kireevsky district filed a lawsuit against Stroyneft LLC for the recognition of documents (acts of delivery and acceptance of work performed) posted on the public procurement website on December 22, 2025 for the execution of the 1st stage of the contract dated September 15, 2025 as invalid, as well as the obligation of Stroyneft LLC to make an adjustment by revocation of documents.

Subsequently, Stroyneft LLC filed a counterclaim against the administration of the Kireevsky district to recover debts under the municipal contract in the amount of 23.2 million rubles, penalties in the amount of 2.66 million rubles.

Stroyneft LLC is engaged in construction work. Revenue for 2025 is 4 billion rubles. The owner is Sergey Shlyakhtin.
