In the Chelyabinsk region significantly increased interest in work in agriculture

In the Chelyabinsk region, interest in working in agriculture has significantly increased. Over the nine months of 2026, the number of responses to agricultural workers’ vacancies increased by 144% compared to last year. This was reported by analysts of “Avito Work”.
From January to September, residents of the region were 2.4 times more likely to be interested in vacancies for agricultural workers. We are talking about specialists who care for plants and animals, are engaged in the procurement of fodder, harvesting and other seasonal work. The average salary offered at such positions was 73,333 rubles per month.
Next are the masters of home appliance repair. The number of responses to their vacancies increased by 139%. At the same time, employers offered such specialists an average of 91,083 rubles per month.
The third place was taken by car dealers. Interest in this work increased by 137%, and the average salary offer reached 65 thousand rubles.
A similar picture is observed in the country. According to “Avito Work”, in Russia the number of responses to vacancies of agricultural workers increased by 110%. Among the leaders were also motorists (+102%) and road craftsmen (+89%). Employers offered an average of 138 170 and 137 456 rubles respectively to the last two categories of specialists.
Roman Gubanov, Development Director of Avito Work, associates the growth of interest in agricultural professions with an increase in salary offers and additional measures to support employees. In the industry, job seekers are also attracted by employer-funded training, travel compensation, food and health insurance.
