The state of the art is under control. Experience of Mehmaster JV “Gorodets” is studied in Shklovsky district

Updated after the reconstruction of the mechanic branch of JV "Gorodets" RUE "Mogilevoblgaz" today, November 8, is visited by participants of the Republican training seminar on the introduction of modern approaches to regional development on the example of Shklovsky district. Delegations from other regions get acquainted with the work of the facility, the organization of repair of equipment and its storage, reports sb.by.

It was with a visit to the Branch of JV “Gorodets” on November 5 that the President’s big trip to Mogilev region began. A year earlier, Alexander Lukashenko gave Shklov agricultural enterprise a clear vector of development. As a result, it was transferred to the department of RUE Mogilevoblgaz and launched a program of comprehensive modernization, which included the reconstruction of mekhmastersky. The big upgrade became part of the overall plan to turn the Shklovsky district into an exemplary region on a national scale.

In order to prepare the machine and tractor fleet in winter for a new season of field work, improve the culture of production and improve the working conditions of specialists at the mehdvor, large-scale transformations were carried out. First of all, they touched upon the infrastructure: the old exchange office and the canopy for harvesters were demolished, on the site of which a modern two-section canopy of lightweight metal structures for reliable storage of agricultural machines and units appeared.

- The coating of the mehdvor is completely modernized - a strong concrete base for the storage of equipment was made, general improvement of the territory was carried out and the washing for auto tractor equipment was updated. Mechanical workshops have turned into a new high-tech complex capable of taking for repair equipment of any size - from compact tractors to wide-grabbing machines, from modern combine harvesters to energy-saturated tractors.

Workshops are a local service cluster that allows you to cover most repair needs by the farm itself. Modern drilling and grinding machines are installed here, the necessary tools have been purchased. A complex of auxiliary premises is equipped: a tire installation site, a battery and welding post, a locksmith workshop, a staff rest room. The formed base is a great help in the work, Sergey Sysa emphasized:

- In the updated workshop, we can repair plows and seeders, carry out any adjustments - everything that can be done with your own hands without complex electronics. Small repairs are also for us. As for labor-intensive work that requires higher qualifications, for example, to repair the engine, gearbox or rear axle of energy-saturated equipment, we delegate these tasks to the specialists of the Shklovsky District Agroservice.

I am sure that each of the participants of the seminar will implement this experience in their districts and enterprises. First of all, we are interested in livestock. The technology itself and the shortest construction time is something that needs to be applied everywhere. The local objects are simply chic: they are ideal for fattening and for heifers. A mechanic is the dream of any farm. There are excellent conditions for people: warm, comfortable, you can perform quality repairs of any complexity. It is this approach to work and care for employees that we must replicate throughout the country.

The seminar showed the benchmarks to be pursued, noted Alexey Sharai, Chairman of the Krichev District Executive Committee:

- The approaches shown are aimed at development. Of course, to scale them in our farms requires two key resources – time and people. When these components coincide, the company achieves the greatest success. The seminar is a great incentive for the work: we see what modern standards need to be ensured in livestock facilities. It is this integrated approach that gives the economic return that the Head of State demands and that is set as a task for us, the chairmen of the district executive committees.

The branch of JV "Gorodets" is a strong and financially stable enterprise with a decent level of salary and the absence of a personnel deficit. The farm has more than 4.3 thousand hectares of farmland, including 3.6 thousand arable land, has almost 4.5 thousand head of cattle, including more than 1.6 thousand dairy herd. A new direction for the enterprise is actively developing - breeding meat livestock.
