It became known why Tula withdraw self-ban on loans

The most frequent reasons for lifting the self-ban on loans from Russians and Tulyaks, in particular, were large unforeseen expenses, planned purchases and mortgages.

This information was revealed to residents of the Tula region by the resource “Banky.ru”:

According to the United Credit Bureau, more than twenty-seven million Russians filed an application for the ban, but twelve percent of the previously established restrictions were canceled.

Thirty-two percent of the study participants believe that sudden expenses are the cause. A third is ready to borrow due to the planned purchase of a car, housing or other expensive purchase.

Every tenth respondent explained the cancellation by the desire to refinance previous loans.

Sixteen percent do not intend to lift the self-prohibition.

“MK in Tula” wrote: in Novomoskovsk, a man was fined two hundred thousand rubles for fraud in obtaining a loan. Together with an accomplice, he stole more than one and a half million from the bank, using fake documents for a Kia Sportage car.
