Tula businessman Gleb Zotov demands from Ilya Miroshnikov 112 million rubles

The Arbitration Court of the Tula region accepted for production a claim from LLC “UK TZPA” represented by participant Gleb Zotov to Ilya Miroshnikov. The plaintiff demands to recover in favor of the company losses in the amount of 112.2 million rubles.

The court granted the petition of the plaintiff to defer payment of the state fee. In justification, it was pointed to unsatisfactory financial situation, confirmed by information about open bank accounts and statements on them for the period from July 1 to October 15, 2026.

The suspension is granted for 12 months - until the court adopts an act on the merits of the dispute. In addition, Gleb Zotov received a request for interim measures. In particular, a temporary ban on making transactions and other actions aimed at alienation, encumbrance, gratuitous use or other disposal of immovable property owned by LLC "UK TZPA". This requirement has not yet been met.
