UFAS recognized the Khasavyurt mayoralty violated the antimonopoly law

The administration of Khasavyurt was found to have violated the law on protection of competition due to the placement of 25 advertising structures not included in the approved scheme, according to UFAS in Dagestan.

Violations were detected during monitoring. According to the agency, advertising structures were used and brought income to an indefinite circle of people, although their placement was not provided for by the scheme.

UFAS previously warned the administration about the need to stop actions containing signs of violation of antimonopoly legislation, but the warning was not executed.

Now the department issued an order to the administration to approve the scheme of placement of advertising structures.
