In the center of Yaroslavl plan to open a new restaurant

It can be placed in the “House of Pastukhov”. The project of adaptation of the building, which is an object of cultural heritage, for modern use has been submitted for public discussion, which will last until November 5.

According to the plans of the entrepreneur, who purchased the Pastukhov House in February last year, halls will appear in the rooms facing the front facades. The historic staircase will be preserved. Under the building there will be a basement for warehouses, in the attic - a technical floor.

To comply with fire safety standards, stairs and an evacuation exit in the annex will be added. A cuckoo window will appear on the roof, which, as the authors of the project assure, will not affect the perception of the monument.

The facades will be restored. To do this, clean and restore glazed ceramic tiles, plaster and stucco. The windows and doors will be filled with historical content. Return to the building and historical colors.
