In the Novosibirsk region increased demand for workers and farmers
Over the year, the demand of employers in the labor market has changed significantly in the Novosibirsk region
The demand for agricultural workers and management specialists increased by 3%. In the transport and logistics sector, the number of vacancies added 1%.
Working professions remain the most popular in the region: they account for 29% of all active vacancies. Among the leaders in the number of offers are also construction and real estate - 20%, production - 19%, sales - 18% and transport with logistics - 16%.
The difference is noticeable in the level of payment. In August, the highest median salary offers were recorded in agriculture – 163 thousand rubles. For managers, this figure amounted to 146.5 thousand rubles, for transport workers - 113.6 thousand, and for working personnel - 98.8 thousand rubles.
All these areas offer a salary above the average for the region, which in August was 81.3 thousand rubles.
Earlier, MK in Novosibirsk reported that Novosibirsk salaries increased by 2% since the beginning of the year.
