Serpukhov launches a large-scale upgrade of heat supply: 58 houses are switching to new boiler houses

In the urban district of Serpukhov, a significant infrastructure project is being implemented - for the first time in several decades, two modern block-modular boiler houses are being built here simultaneously. The work is being carried out as part of the governor’s program of the Moscow region and has already reached the final stage: consumers are being transferred from the old boiler house to new thermal networks.

Last night, experts performed a technically complex insertion of the new heat network. Work was completed at 00:10, from 00:15 began filling the system, and by 04:10 the network was full.

The switch involves 58 objects. Four socially important institutions are already receiving heat, another six consumers are connected. In 44 apartment buildings, intra-house systems are being stirred up and launched. After filling the network, suffocation is possible, so all management companies are instructed to quickly open the valves and conduct excitation.

Work is distributed among several service organizations. According to experts, this setup is a normal stage after a large-scale switch.
