"Wodokanal" has not restored the green area after repairs on Dokuka Street

As follows from the document, the excavation was carried out on the basis of a permit issued on September 18, 2026. At the same time, the municipal control established that the enterprise did not restore the impaired improvement of the site.
According to the rules of improvement of Kaliningrad, after completion of excavation work, the contractor is obliged to bring the territory to its original state within the prescribed period. This applies, among other things, to green areas and areas that were used to accommodate construction equipment and materials.
The city administration saw in the actions of Vodokanal signs of violation of these requirements and on November 3 announced a warning to the company.
