In Tula established a long-term servitude for the maintenance of gas networks

The administration of the city of Tula adopted a decree on the establishment of a public easement for a period of 49 years in the interests of Tulagorgaz JSC. The solution is aimed at ensuring the efficient operation of gas networks in several districts of the city.

The easement affects the territory of the Proletarian district and extends to sites along the streets of Kutuzov, Shukhov and Bazhenov. In particular, the servitude includes territories near houses 14 and 16 on Bazhenov Street, houses 21 on Shukhov Street, as well as houses 15, 15a, 15b, 17, 19 and 23 on Kutuzov Street.

The gas infrastructure for maintenance of which the easement is installed includes both above-ground and underground networks of various pressures. The document provides for a special procedure for the use of territories in compliance with the rules for the protection of gas distribution networks.

It is important to note that the servitude is gratuitous. Tulagorgaz is obliged to bring the affected areas into proper condition within three months after the completion of the necessary works.
