The authorities of Yaroslavl again put up for sale the building of the children's hospital on Volodarsky 107A.

The building is in extremely poor condition. But since it has the status of an architectural monument of regional importance, the new owner will be obliged to restore it in its original form.

The building was built in 1910 and has all the features of the modern style. Until 2007, it was used for its intended purpose. There were medical facilities. Then it was empty. And it was brought to an emergency by the careless owner.

Three years ago, the building was seized from the owner. But they didn't. Last year it burned at least three times.

Initially, the monument of architecture tried to sell for 28 million rubles. But its value was reduced from bidding to bidding. Now it can be purchased at the price of Khrushchev. But the new owner will have the obligation to restore the three-storey mansion.
