In Yaroslavl, parents of schoolchildren in social networks complained that the bills on the “Ladoshka” cards intended for paying for school breakfasts were zeroed.

Parents of schoolchildren at the beginning of the school year checked the balance of cards “Ladoshka” to understand how much you can and should pay for lunches. And they were discouraged. At the end of the last school year, funds remained on the balance of cards. Someone has 300-500 rubles. Some have up to 1,000 rubles. By the beginning of the year, the balance was zero. For many families and 500 rubles for food is quite a tangible amount. Attempts to appeal for support did not yield results. Carriers of cards explained that the city hall of Yaroslavl changed the contractor for food. For some reason, the former contractor got all the card balances.

However, the mayor's office gave another comment. According to the statement of the city administration in social networks, now there is a procedure for reconciliation of mutual settlements between the NPO “Settlement decisions” and the organizer of food. Upon completion of the specified reconciliation, the funds will be unlocked and available to the holder for use in full.
