Volgograd residents were reminded of the deadline for payment of property taxes
Residents of the Volgograd region must pay property taxes for 2025 no later than December 1, 2026. The list of mandatory payments includes taxes on transport, land and real estate, and in some cases – tax on personal income.
The Federal Tax Service is already sending notifications with accruals. From 2026, they automatically arrive on the portal "Public Services", if the user has a confirmed account and he did not refuse electronic delivery. You can also check the charges in your personal account on the FTS website. Paper notifications are received by citizens who do not use electronic services.
In some cases, a tax notice may not be received. This happens if the owner of the property has a benefit that is completely exempt from paying tax, or the total amount of accruals is less than 300 rubles. An exception is provided for the last year of ownership of property: in such a situation, notification will be sent even with a small amount.
If a Volgograd resident has taxable property, but the notification has not yet come, he is recommended to contact the tax inspectorate. This can be done through the personal account of the Federal Tax Service, with a personal visit to the department or in the MFC.
In addition, the owners of cars and real estate, which have not previously been taxed, must independently report this to the tax service.
