Demand for secondary housing in Moscow again began to fall

In August, 10,916 sales contracts were registered in the Moscow secondary housing market. This is reported by the territorial administration of Rosreestr. According to the Agency, demand compared to July decreased by 13.2%. But, however, it was still 2.6% higher than it was in August last year. At the same time, in July, sales grew both in monthly (+6.5%) and annual (+9.9%) terms.
