MIXIT is one of the largest Russian cosmetics brands. Oleg Pai founded it together with Elena Nazarova in 2014. Net profit of the company in 2025 amounted to 3.5 billion rubles. Now the brand has 32 thousand retail outlets in Russia and the CIS.
Until 2019, the leading developer of cosmetics brand was Galina Ryazanova, who called herself one of the founders of the company. In 2020, she tried to prove through the court to restore her rights as a shareholder, RBC wrote. The court in Nicosia then granted her application and took interim measures against the Cyprus legal entities MIXIT.
Telegram-channel Shot draws attention to the fact that in August 2024 in the office of the company, as well as at the addresses of Oleg Pai and Elena Nazarova were searched. What the events were related to is unknown.
