As specified in the department, one of the former judges - Elena Rukavishnikova - is suspected of receiving a bribe in an especially large amount (part 6 of article 290 of the criminal code). Her former colleague Natalia Pozdnyakova is in the case of mediation in bribery on an especially large scale (part 4 of article 291.1 of the criminal code).
According to the investigation, in November 2024, the founder of IrMeCom LLC through four intermediaries, including Ms. Pozdnyakova, transferred a bribe in the amount of 3.5 million rubles to Ms. Rukavishnikova. In exchange, the judge granted the claim of IrMeCom to the energy company and recognized the restriction of power supply as illegal. At the same time, the decision of Elena Rukavishnikova appeal and cassation remained unchanged.
