The story received a public outcry after the shocking details of the regular raids of young hooligans in the courtyards of the 25th October street were leaked to the media. Victims of aggressive girls were the most defenseless: children and pensioners.

Particular outrage was caused by the case of an 81-year-old pensioner, who is called Baba Shura. The teenagers hit the elderly woman in the back, causing her to fall to the ground. Instead of fear, the attackers began to mock: jumping around the lying woman and bragging about their impunity, shouting that they “know their rights perfectly”. The victim wrote a statement, but due to severe injuries could not even reach the station – the police officer had to come to her home.

Locals also share other frightening stories. In late July, a member of the company kicked a boy on the pavement. When a passerby tried to intercede for the child, an aggressive schoolgirl in the blood scratched the woman’s hands and tore off her gold bracelet worth more than 20 thousand rubles. The victim was in such a strong shock that she did not contact the authorities, especially since there were no CCTV cameras in the arch of the house.

In addition, residents complain of permanent mat, destroyed flower beds and threats to babies. The situation went so far that when the father of one of the schoolgirls tried to protect his daughter from bad company, the man was hit with a stone near a local store.

According to social educators, one of the instigators of the pogroms is already registered, and her own mother, in despair, confessed to neighbors that she absolutely can not cope with the girl who regularly beats and insults her along with her grandmother.
