Two passengers were hospitalized after an accident in the Babushkin district

Over the past day, October 26, in the Vologda region there was one fatal accident and two with victims. This is reported by the State Traffic Inspectorate of the region.

At 07.15 on 15 km of the road village named after Babushkin – Timanov – Mountains in Babushkin district could not cope with the management of the car “Lada Granta” 60-year-old driver. The car drove into a ditch and capsized through the roof. Two passengers were taken to the hospital with injuries: a woman born in 2006 and a man born in 2007.

At 12.20 on the 17 km of the Totma-Seredskaya highway in the Totem district, a 60-year-old woman failed to control the Lada Granta car, choosing an unsafe speed. The car capsized. The driver was taken to hospital with various injuries.

At 343 km of the Chekshino-Totma-Kotlas-Kuratovo highway in the Velikoustyug district, a truck and a car collided. It became known that the 74-year-old resident of Moscow was moving in a Mitsubishi L200 car. He could not cope with the management, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a cargo van “Fuso”, which was driven by a man born in 1977. The pensioner died on the spot before the arrival of doctors. A passenger of a car born in 1955 and a truck driver were taken to the hospital.
