According to the investigation, a 53-year-old resident of Minsk opened several companies allegedly to provide computer services and programming, but activities in this area were not conducted, and the firms served as a tool for implementing a criminal scheme.

Minchanka created a channel for the illegal entry and further stay of Turks in Belarus. Through the Internet, she sought to come to the country, offering them fictitious employment for non-existent positions of software engineers.

In the course of illegal activities, the accused prepared forged documents, which were then submitted to the embassy and territorial authorities for citizenship and migration. In addition, thanks to her knowledge of the Turkish language, she helped foreigners find housing. After a while, the defendant attracted his 52-year-old friend. In the name of her friend, she registered a new company specializing in “employment” of citizens of other countries.

As a result of operational-search measures, illegal activities were suppressed by employees of the GUBOPiK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.

The investigation found that for three years, the Minsk women provided stay and illegal entry to Belarus to 53 foreign citizens, and the criminal scheme brought them about 40 thousand rubles.

As part of the case, the accused and witnesses were questioned, documentation was seized and studied, computer information was analyzed, and expert studies were conducted.

As a result of the investigation, the accused were charged under Part 2 of Art. 371-1 (organization of illegal migration committed by an official using his official powers) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. With the consent of the prosecutor, a preventive measure of detention was applied to them.

The court issued a guilty verdict: one of the women was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months of restriction of freedom without sending to an open-type correctional institution with a fine of 13,500 rubles, the other - 2 years of restriction of freedom without sending to an open-type correctional institution with a fine of 9 thousand rubles.
