Two days of severe magnetic storms await residents of the Yaroslavl region

Meteosensitive Yaroslavl residents and residents of the Yaroslavl region, relatively safely survived the magnetic storm on Saturday, will have to protect themselves also Sunday and Monday. During these two days, the Earth’s magnetosphere will still be “excited.”.

As previously reported by the Laboratory for the Study of the Sun IKI RAS, our star turned to the ground with a large coronary hole, which now and then ejects masses of charged particles. Reaching our planet, particles bombard the Earth's magnetosphere, causing storms.

Weather-sensitive and elderly people should take care of themselves. Do not be nervous, do not overload yourself physically. Take medications prescribed by a doctor. Do not overeat, do not abuse alcohol and refuse strong tea and coffee.

According to preliminary forecasts, the period of magnetic storms may last for a week.
