Energodar court executes order of Belarusian court on customs claim

Energodar City Court fulfilled the international order of the court from Mogilev. This was reported by the press service of the court.

Belarusian customs filed a lawsuit against a 47-year-old resident of Energodar. It is required to collect customs duties and penalties.

The court handed over the documents to the man and conducted the necessary procedural actions. The citizen listened to the essence of the demands and through his representative filed objections.

All collected materials were sent to the Ministry of Justice of Russia. From there, a package of documents will be transferred to the court of the Leninsky district of Mogilev for the continuation of the case.
