State inspectors helped the driver to receive compensation from the Khakass company

In the State Labor Inspectorate for Khakassia and Tyva, the driver of the Beloyarsk organization, engaged in sharp, processing and finishing stone for use in the construction of roads, applied for violation of labor rights, the press service of the State Labor Inspectorate in Khakassia and Tuva reported.

It turned out that the worker was not paid compensation for leave and final calculation upon dismissal.

After the intervention of the state inspector, the employer restored the driver’s rights without conducting supervisory measures. The head voluntarily paid a debt of 65 thousand rubles.

Also, the company announced a warning about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements. Materials on the results of consideration of the appeal were sent to the supervisory authorities for taking measures of prosecutorial response.
