Man shoots eight people over debt dispute over harvester

In Turkey, a local resident killed eight people because of a quarrel over the payment of agricultural machinery. The suspect has already been detained, local media reported.

The defendant in the criminal case said that last year he bought a harvester for 40 thousand euros. Soon the car broke out in the field. As a result, the use of technology became impossible.

That's what caused the conflict. Moreover, the former owner demanded to pay the balance of the debt. That's 11,000 euros. During the next skirmish, the attacker fired a pump shotgun at three opponents. Five more people were killed later. According to the suspect, he wanted to take the cars of the dead. An investigation is under way.
