In Kuban condemned the participants of the deadly brawl that killed tourists on the coast

In Krasnodar, the court sentenced the participants in a fight in which two people died.

The tragedy occurred on August 5, 2023 in the village of Dederkoy of Tuapse Okrug. According to investigators, six men decided to teach the men a lesson, having decided that they had taken money from one of the attackers the day before. The skirmish occurred on the banks of a mountain river and quickly turned into a violent fight.

The court found that during the brawl, several participants struck with stones and feet. As a result, two men died: one died on the spot from blows to the head, the second – due to severe chest injuries, according to the materials of the criminal case. A third victim was injured but survived. After the fight, the attackers fled, but later they were detained by police.

The Krasnodar Regional Court found all six guilty:

Three more participants - Artem Turkmenyan, Albert Exarian and Khoren Israelyan - received 3 years each, they will serve their sentences in a colony-settlement.

The verdict has not yet entered into legal force, the Joint Press Service of the courts of the Krasnodar Territory reports.
