Paedophile Pediatrician Photographs Children Naked During Examinations
Parents of 13 former patients of pediatric urologist Brian Sack from Ohio filed a lawsuit against the doctor and several medical institutions

The parents of 13 former patients of pediatric urologist Brian Sack from Ohio filed a lawsuit against the doctor and several medical institutions. They allege that the doctor took pictures of the minors' intimate body parts during medical procedures and then stored the images in a cloud service along with child sexual abuse material.
According to the lawsuit, more than 27,000 files with images of children were found in Sack’s Dropbox account. Among them, according to the plaintiffs, were 1,291 files with materials of sexual abuse of minors, as well as photos and videos of surgical interventions, which close-up captured children's genitals.
The doctor took some pictures on his mobile phone during the examinations. The complaint also described cases of young patients being left with Sack alone naked or under anesthesia. One of the episodes cited in the lawsuit concerns the alleged filming of an infant's naked genitals during an examination.
Sak worked as a pediatric urologist in Toledo medical institutions. In February 2026, he was arrested on charges of possession of child sexual abuse materials and other charges. Earlier, representatives of the hospital said that the criminal case is not related to his medical practice.
In addition to Sak, the defendants in the lawsuit were several medical institutions in which he worked. Parents believe that hospitals did not have enough control over the doctor’s actions and did not ensure the safety of young patients.
The plaintiffs are seeking compensation, payment for psychological care for the children, and notification of all of Sack's former patients. In addition, they seek to verify and destroy all images of minors that the doctor may have kept outside the medical system.
Earlier in St. Petersburg, a taekwondo coach was accused of raping a student.
