Pensioner died in a crashed car tree

In Bashkiria, a car crashed into a tree, killing an elderly passenger, and the driver was injured. This was reported in the State Inspectorate of the Republic.

The accident occurred on the evening of November 7 in the Chishminsky district on the 1419th kilometer of the M-5 Ural highway. According to preliminary data, the 40-year-old driver of the Toyota Camry lost control, drove into a ditch and crashed into a tree. The 66-year-old woman suffered injuries and died before the arrival of doctors.

The driver was taken to the hospital.

On the fact of the accident, an investigation is underway, during which all the circumstances of the incident are clarified.

Earlier, one person died and one was injured in an accident on the highway in Leningrad region. The driver lost control and crashed into a pole at the 56th kilometer.

Also in the Leningrad region, a foreign car hit a 16-year-old girl at a pedestrian crossing.
