A teacher from Nizhnevartovsk allegedly quarreled with a 15-year-old student. According to her, the children disrupted classes and disrupted the order, so she could not restrain herself and said a phrase about an uncle, whom the girl will give satisfaction.
According to the TG channel "Mash", during the conversation, the teacher slapped the girl on the buttocks and called her a shawl. At first, the commission would have limited itself to remarking, but in December the woman was fired for immoral misconduct.
The teacher went to court, saying that she did not beat the student, and her words had no sexual meaning. The Nizhnevartov city court found the dismissal illegal, reinstated her in office and ordered the school to pay 838,000 for forced absenteeism, 40,700 for a trip, 3,900 rubles per day and 30,000 for moral damage. The total amount was 912 thousand rubles.
The prosecutor's office tried to challenge the decision, but the appeal upheld it. The Court notes that linguistic research in itself does not prove the immorality of a statement sufficient for dismissal. In the initiation of a case of coercion to acts of a sexual nature was also previously refused due to the lack of corpus delicti.
