Parents said about the persecution of students in the Russian city
Parents of students of one of the lyceums of St. Petersburg said about the critical situation in one of the classes where a nine-year-old boy is studying

Parents of students of one of the lyceums of St. Petersburg reported a critical situation in one of the classes where a nine-year-old boy is studying. According to the mother of one of the schoolgirls, the child systematically insults teachers, uses obscene language, threatens classmates with violence and uses physical force.
Families fear for the safety of children and demand the immediate intervention of relevant agencies.
According to the interlocutor of the publication, the boy has been studying at the Lyceum since last year and during this time managed to provoke conflicts in the fourth grade.
The woman claims that in the summer her family was forced to consult a psychologist because of the condition of her daughter: a specialist recorded a loss of appetite in a nine-year-old girl and linked it with constant fear.
The Russian woman also said that she personally saw how during an open lesson the student tried to take away her daughter’s textbook, and then kicked her briefcase. The mother noted that the current class leader is so hard going through what is happening that she has already written a letter of resignation.
The administration of the lyceum, according to the parents, refuses to transfer the child to another class without a statement from his legal representatives. As a solution, the school tries to establish a dialogue with the family through mediators.
In addition, the parents independently raised funds for the installation of CCTV cameras in the classroom, but the leadership of the lyceum refused to mount them. Attempts by parents to access camera footage from the school gym after previous incidents have also failed.
On Friday, the parents sent a collective appeal to the director. They warned that if the situation does not change, then from October 19 they will stop bringing children to classes.
Families also intend to submit complaints to the education committee, the child rights commissioner and other authorities.
