The Russian decided to show a friend the reception and accidentally killed him

In the Vladimir region, a man will appear in court, who is accused of causing death by negligence to a friend during a demonstration of a combat reception. This was reported in the regional department of the IC of Russia.

The incident occurred in the summer in the village of Mokeevo, Kameshkovsky district. The man, along with relatives, celebrated the birthday of his wife’s niece, when the girl’s father offered him a joke to fight and show the reception.

During the fight, the accused threw a 32-year-old acquaintance through himself. He fell to the ground and received fractures of the cervical spine with a bruise of the spinal cord.

The victim was hospitalized on the same day, but could not be saved: on July 16, he died in hospital.

The man was charged under part 1 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - causing death by negligence. He admitted his guilt.

The investigation considered the evidence gathered sufficient to transfer the case to the court. According to the regional prosecutor's office, the accused faces up to two years in prison.
