Schoolgirl receives real sentence for attempted arson of railway equipment

In Krasnoyarsk, a 15-year-old local resident appeared before the court. She was found guilty of attempting to set fire to railway equipment. On November 6, the transport police of Siberia reported.

The crime was committed in August 2025. The girl was 14 at the time. She tried to set fire to the railway equipment. But she failed. Law enforcement officers found out that the teenager received such a task from an unknown person in the messenger.

For this they promised to pay 20 thousand rubles. The court sentenced the schoolgirl to five years in prison. She will serve her sentence in an educational colony.
