UK to inspect private clinic after complaints from hundreds of patients

Procedural inspection is organized by the investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee in the Samara region on the fact of violation of the rights of patients of a private medical institution. The reason was the TV story of the legal TV show, in which hundreds of residents of Samara accused the staff of the clinic of deception.

Residents claim that the employees of the institution deliberately misled them and imposed paid services, for the payment of which it was necessary to conclude loan agreements for large amounts of money. This is reported by the press service of the RF IC.

The medical center itself, despite the criminal fraud case being investigated by the internal affairs bodies, continues illegal activities under a different name.

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin instructed the head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Samara region Pavel Oleinik to report on the progress of the procedural inspection and on the arguments set out in the TV story.
