In July of this year, the defendants, when they were visiting a 39-year-old relative of her husband, used her passport and mobile phone and remotely concluded loan agreements in two microfinance companies. The amount of illegally received obligations amounted to 19 and 28 thousand rubles.
A month later, the suspects committed a second crime. This time, a 46-year-old family member was injured. In his name, the defendants issued a microloan in the amount of 15 thousand rubles.
All the money the spouse spent at their discretion.
