More than eight thousand times on Lipetsk roads violated the rules

During the last day, on September 22, auto inspectors managed to record 8,619 cases of violation of traffic rules. Such figures are given by the State Traffic Inspectorate of the region.

Three drivers got behind the wheel in a state of intoxication. For this they were brought to administrative responsibility. The same penalty was imposed on 521 people for ignoring seat belts.

Thanks to automatic video fixing systems, 8,258 cases were recorded when drivers decided to exceed the legal speed, go to the oncoming lane, drive at a red traffic light, use the phone when driving. Another 124 violations were detected using mobile complexes on patrol transport.
